  • Lit Fest (Class-I) - 2023

    “Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world”. Students of class I presented the novel “The Great Storyteller” on 7th February 2023. Students showcased their talents through dance and drama, focusing on the importance of storytellers in everyone’s lives. Stories restore imagination and instill hope again and again.

    Ms. Anuja Amin was the chief guest for the day.

  • Lit Fest (Class-V) - 2023

    Class V had their Lit Fest presentation on 6th February, 2023. The guest of honour for the day was Mr Shreetej Bhatt accompanied by our teacher educator Ms Uma Oza.

    The performance was based on the novel read by the children of class V throughout the year. JG Lit Fest is a platform provided by the school to its students to showcase their teamwork, acting and spontaneity. The fest witnessed the performance based on the novel ‘The adventures of Tom Sawyer’.

  • Lit Fest (Class-II) - 2023

    Literature Festival for Class II was held on 3rd February, 2023. Book for the day was “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll. It is one of the most significant provocative works in world literature. Class II students did full justice to the novel and were able to take the audience to an entirely magical realm. The auditorium was resonating with thunderous applause. Guest for the day Ms. Sangeeta shared her life experiences. Honorable Chairman Dr. M. P. Chandran appreciated and blessed the students and teacher for their hard work.

  • Lit Fest (Class-III) - 2023

    The most awaited event after two years, the 3rd edition of JGIS Lit Fest began with the lighting of the lamp by our Chairman Dr. M.P. Chandran. The novel Charlie and The Great Glass Elevator was introduced in the form of a TV show performed by Rudraksh Paitandi, Naisha Patel, and Advait Anandharaman, which was a brilliant opening of the event by them.

  • Republic Day – 2023

    JG International School celebrated India’s 74th Republic Day, on 26th January, 2023 with immense patriotic fervour. The programme commenced with a welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Kavita Sharma. The Chairman, Dr. M.P. Chandran unfurled the National Flag, followed by the dignitaries joining in for the National Anthem. Students of classes VI and VII presented a melodious group song followed by two beautifully choreographed group dance presented by the students of classes VI, VII and VIII.

  • Carnival - 2023

    On 21st January, 2023, Saturday, JG International School had organised its Carnival, ‘Expressions – An Arena of Creations and Innovations’.  This event exhibited the talents of the students in various Academic concepts and Co- Curricular Activities for which they were trained all through the year. The carnival included Open House, where the students of Pre-Primary displayed the academic concepts they had learnt, in a creative way.

  • Fete Fiesta - 2023

    The Fete Fiesta organized on our school ground on 20th and 21st January, 2023, was a grand success. It was a part of the students’ extracurricular activities. Students with the guidance and assistance from their teachers set up multiple stalls of some interesting fun games like Lucky Seven, Flip O’ Fun, Smash the Spire, Score a Goal etc.
