“Swadha – The JGIS Fest” on July 19, 2025

An Inter-School Celebration of Creativity, Curiosity and Collaboration through Literature, Technology, Art, Sports and Innovation

JG International School hosted - “Swadha – The JGIS Fest”, an exciting inter-school literary and sports competition in its sprawling campus on 19^th July, 2025. This Inter-School celebration is a dynamic platform designed to bring together young minds from across schools to explore and showcase their talents in five vibrant domains—Literature, Technology, Art, Sports and Innovation. The event encourages creativity, teamwork and the spirit of healthy competition while fostering cross-disciplinary engagement. 454 students from 15 esteemed school participated in 10 different competitions ranging from Poetry Recitation, Digital Logo Designing, Poster Making and Mind Marathons to high-energy sports contests such as Penalty Shootout, Basketball Free Throw, Table Tennis, Karate and Chess. The most innovative and challenging team competition was Design Thinking Challenge, encouraging students to ideate and prototype solutions for real-world problems using empathy and creativity.

Participating students represented their schools in groups spanning Classes III to XII in two categories – Junior & Senior. All participants received certificates, and winners in each category were awarded individual & team prizes – 1st, 2nd & 3rd. The judging panels comprised of experienced professionals.

JG International School is proud to have organized this event, which was a joyful celebration and a grand success, providing a platform for students to display their talents and creativity.
