The seventh edition of TEDxYouth@JGIS, held on 11th October 2025 at JG International School, emerged as a resounding success, carrying forward its tradition of celebrating ideas that inspire meaningful change. Guided by the theme “Beyond the Horizon: Where Imagination Meets Possibilities,” the evening paid homage to curiosity, creativity and the courage to dream beyond boundaries.
The JGIS auditorium buzzed with enthusiasm as students from Grades IX to XII showcased their confidence and eloquence at the Inter-House English Debate, held on 10th October 2025, on the theme “Taxation laws should be amended to require rich people and companies to pay more taxes.”

JG International School celebrated the vibrant festival of Navratri with great enthusiasm on 27th September, 2025. The event began amidst stunning decorations and traditional music that set a joyous festive mood.
An exhilarating Inter-House Quiz Competition was held on 26th September, 2025, filling the atmosphere with excitement and curiosity. Students from classes VI to XII competed with great enthusiasm, showcasing their knowledge, quick thinking and team spirit.
The competition was divided into two categories, Junior (classes VI to VII) and Senior (classes IX to XII), aiming to enhance student’s general knowledge.
The students of Sr. KG went on an educational field trip to the Science City -Astronomy, Space and Science Gallery on 23rd September, 2025. The children were filled with excitement and curiosity, as they set out on this learning journey.
The students explored fascinating exhibits on planets, satellites and rockets, gaining valuable insights into the solar system and outer space. The interactive displays were designed in a child-friendly manner, making it easier for them to understand complex concepts about the Universe.
On 23rd September, 2025 the Nursery students visited on a fun-filled field trip to Sundarvan Nature Park, eager to explore and learn about the wonders of nature. The children had the opportunity to see a variety of birds and animals, including ducks, turkeys, fish and tortoises. They particularly enjoyed watching the ducks swim and listening to the cheerful chirping of different birds.
The Jr. KG students embarked on an exciting educational field trip to the Science City Aquatic Gallery on 23rd September 2025, eager to explore the wonders of marine life. The children began their journey with great curiosity and excitement.
The Fancy Dress Show of our Junior KG Kids, held on 22nd September, 2025 transformed our school into a magical realm, as the little stars brought alive the theme “Taste of Joy.”
Our Nursery tots blossomed into vibrant flowers at the Fancy Dress Show, “Floral Fiesta” on 19th September, 2025. The little ones, dressed as radiant blooms, lit up the stage with their confidence, creativity and charm.
The show began with an energetic reporter act that filled the stage with cheer and enthusiasm. Student anchors carried the program with confidence and grace, while parents added magic through their thoughtful efforts in creating vibrant floral costumes, making the celebration truly unforgettable.
A galaxy of Gadgets came alive on stage, as our Senior KG stars dazzled everyone with their creativity and confidence on 18th September, 2025. The “Gadget Galaxy” Fancy Dress Show was a delightful celebration of imagination, innovation and the joy of learning.
The JG International School’s auditorium came alive with creativity, as our young orators from Classes I to V took the stage for the Inter-House Hindi Recitation Competition on 12th September, 2025.
The event was conducted in two categories: Group I (Classes I–II) and Group II (Classes III–V), with the aim of fostering a love for the Hindi language and encouraging students to express their thoughts and emotions through poetry.
The Inter-House Tech Wiz Competition was held on 29th August, 2025 with the objective of inspiring the technological talents and creativity within the school community. The competition was divided into two categories, Junior (classes VI to VIII) Script to Screen and Senior (classes IX to XII) Code Warriors.
In a remarkable fusion of education and theatre, the talented students of JGIS from classes IX to XII transformed the JG Auditorium into a world of ambition, prophecy and moral turmoil on 23rd August, 2025, with their gripping one-act adaptation of William Shakespeare’s classic tragedy “Macbeth.”
JG International School proudly celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day with a vibrant ceremony that brought together students, educators, parents, trustees and dignitaries in a spirit of unity and national pride.
