The students of Class V embarked on an exciting experiential learning visit to the Astronomy and Space Science Gallery at Science City, Ahmedabad, on 28th November 2025, as part of their science curriculum on “Eclipses”. The trip offered a wonderful opportunity to move beyond textbooks and witness scientific concepts come alive.

The students learned about solar and lunar eclipses, patterns of celestial movement and the science behind shadows in space, through interactive exhibits, engaging demonstrations and visual simulations. The hands-on activities sparked enthusiasm and encouraged thoughtful questioning, deepening their understanding of astronomy.

The day was filled with wonder, exploration and discovery, making science both fun and memorable. It was truly a meaningful experience that left our young learners inspired to look up at the sky with a new sense of curiosity.
