68th Republic Day Celebration 2017
JGIS Has celebrated 68th Republic Day.
Blessing Ceremony-2017
The Blessing Ceremony for the students of X, XII, AS & A Level [2016-17] of JGIS was conducted on Monday (23/01/17) in the Auditorium. The ceremony began with a shlok chanted by Ms. Shipra Mishra which was followed by an inspirational song by the junior students.
Principal, Coordinators and teachers blessed the Board going classes and wished them all the best for their exams. Our Executive Director Mr. M.P.Chandran blessed students and wished that they would uphold the values and morals of JGIS in the years to come.
School Garba - 2016
We had the school garba on 8th October. The programme began with Aarti by the Chairman, followed by the Executive director, Principal and by other staff members. After the aarti, there were Garba performances by students of different classes and teachers of JGIS. Then the entire JG family which included the management, the staff, students and parents danced to the tunes of garba. The programme continued to till 10:30.Prizes were awarded in different catagories at the end.
Moms at School - 2016
The pre - primary section celebrated Moms’ At School on 30/09/2016. Mothers were asked to dress up in Retro Style and come to school. The timings for the event was 10 am to 1 pm. Principal Mrs. Kavita Sharma welcomed the mothers and then programme started with a song sung by children “Maa tu kitni pyaari hai…”Mothers were given an opportunity to experience fun, joy and happiness through different games and dance.
Grand Parents' Day - 2016
Grandparents are our heritage and an important part of our family. On 21st September 2016 our school celebrated Grandparents’ Day. It was a special day for all those who attended the programme and for us, as it gave us a chance to interact with an age group that is most often, overlooked. The event started by welcoming the grandparents with Hindi and English songs followed by games specially arranged for them. They also had fun dancing with their grandchildren and reliving their childhood.

Fancy Dress Show of Pre Primary - 2016
The Pre primary section conducted the “Fancy dress show” in the auditorium on 01/09/2016. All the five classes namely Nursery, Jr.Kg. A, Jr.Kg. B, Sr.Kg A and Sr.Kg. B had different themes.Nursery children became characters of stories like The Red Hen,Goldilocks and the 3 Bears,The Thirsty Crow etc.The students of Jr Kg were dressed as Musical Instruments like Drums,Bells,Tabla,Xylophone etc.
Janamashtami Celebration-2016
Janamashtami Celebration on 24th August 2016
Janamashtami Celebration was held on 24th August 2016. A dance was performed by the students showing different avatars of Lord Krishna. A Krishna song was sung by the students. The program was followed by the aarti of Lord Krishna.
Independence Day Celebration - 2016
Independence Day was celebrated with great fervor on 15th August, 2016.
On that day the national flag was hoisted by the chairman of our school. A patriotic song was sung after that and the entire gathering was addressed by the chairman. Then everyone proceeded to the auditorium and we had our theme performed there by a group of teachers and students. The theme for the day was ‘Sarfaroshi- the tale of freedom Part II’.
School Birthday Celebration-2016
School Birthday Celebration On 21st June,2016.
JG International School celebrated its 12th birthday with pomp and splendor on Tuesday,21st June,2016.Students were felicitated for 100% attendance, Board Toppers and securing a 100% in Board Examination.Rolling trophies were also given away to Houses in various categories.The celebration concluded with the ceremonial cutting of the cake.
Christmas Celebration - 2015
JGIS celebrated Christmas on 24th December , 2015 in JG Auditorium during morning assembly. Students of the Primary section sang carols melodiously followed by a carol by the staff. Santa Clause danced to the tune of Jingle bells and distributed sweets to children. A crib was arranged at the school entrance to commemorate the arrival of Baby Jesus.
Ganesh Chaturthi - 2015
Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated in our campus on 16th September, 2015 during morning assembly in our Auditorium. The celebration began with the Head Boy Ishan Gadhvi bringing the idol of Lord Ganesha in a procession accompanied by all council members and students. The programme started with a group song on Ganesh stuti followed by a dance depicting Eleven types of Ganesha by our kids of Primary Section. Ganeshas were introduced through Bharat Natyam by Harakh Patel of class IX. Ananya Anandhara
